Okay so I have to admit, I have NO IDEA if this actually works but I believe this much, it works if you believe it works. Modern science has something called the "placebo effect" where people in studies heal without actually being given medicine simply because they believe they have been given the cure (in reality a sugar pill)… so you are the power that makes this thing work if it does. Your mind is your ultimate tool.

Yes I know this video is a little weird but don’t let "weird" stop you from achieving your largest goals.
